Tis Red Christmas ornament
I cannot believe it has been 2 months since I last posted. I have been in a slight stitching slump. However, I have some small finishes stitched, I just need to finish them. I will post them soon I hope.
I stitched this a few months ago and just finished it into an ornament. Sorry about the quality of the picture. It is Tis Red by La D Da. It was stitched on 18ct Cork linen and 12ct Sulky thread in Red Brick.
Thanks so much for looking and have a wonderful holiday season.

New stash
I am so excited, I got 2 pkgs in the mail. I bought 32ct Belfast in Aluring Blue. I love the cheerful color. I am going to do the Sock monkey in the JCS 2011 Halloween issue. I bought 32ct Luguna in Woodlawn to stitch a Beagle for my son.
I have to start getting faster, my todo pile is a mile high.
Thanks,
Mary

More ornament finishes
Wow! I am on a serious roll. Here are 2 more ornaments completed.
The first one is June Oakhaven 2011 SAL.
The next one is Sept Oakhaven SAL. Not quite how I wanted to finish it but it is still cute.
Well thanks for looking.

Lastly, is my Quaker WIP. I saw where I got pink marker on the upper right corner. I cleaned it and it is faded but I am afraid there might be a small spot once it is framed. I am too invested to not finish it, guess it just adds character.
Thanks for letting me share.

Hi,
Here is my ornament finished. I am very bad about finishing my projects once they are stitched but this was very easy.
Thanks for letting me share.

A great find
I usually like to poke around at the local thrift store. I have bought several older magazines and charts in the last few years. Today was my greatest find yet. I got 18ct Ecru Aida and LHN Home of a Needleworker for $.39. I was so excited.
I also got a black frame at Big Lots to frame something I made my husband last year. It was only $12.00. I just need to go to get some foam core so I can frame it.
Thanks and have a great day.

Biscornu finished
I just finished this biscornu. It was a freebie located at http://aupaysdesbiscornus.over-blog.com
and it is #77. I used Carrie's Silk Thread in Thanksgiving and Sassy's Fabby 32ct Lugana in Carmel Corn. Unfortunately Lauren doesn't carry this color any more but she has a lot of gorgeous colors.
Bee Welcome Wallhanging
I had this stitched for awhile now and finally got to the sewing machine to finish making it into a wall hanging. I really love the soft colors. I put it in the foyer so you can see it as you walk into the house.
This was a complimentary pattern from Abi on her stitchingbee blog. The button is a sheep.
Thanks for letting me share.
