Hi everyone, Hope you are having a great day. I am getting ready to go on vacation to visit family in Florida. My husband is taking a few days off from work to stay home with the kids. I just hope with all this bad weather, my flight wont be cancelled; keep your fingers crossed.
Anyway, I have 2 finished projects to show you. The first is an ornament I made yesterday to hang on my ornament tree. It is from Blueladie Designs Jan 2013 newsletter. The beads were from a broken Mardi Gras necklace. This has to be one of my favorite smalls, I guess because I love green.
The second is another crochet scarf. I love this chunky yarn but it makes things really heavy. This scarf weighs alot, but it is very soft. I used Lion Brand Hometown USA yarn in Black and Las Vegas Gold. My son loves it and puts it near his New Orleans Saints helmet in his room.
I think it is really sweet. I am sure if it snows he will use it then.
Well I hope you guys have a wonderful week.
Mary
